SPOT festival welcomes its international guests with this official reception by the Mayor of Aarhus Jacob Bundsgaard and welcome speech by the head of SPOT festival, Gunnar Madsen.
Believe / Tunecore
For the 4th year in a row Believe, one of the world’s leading digital music companies, will be inviting SPOT delegates to a cosy networking brunch at the SPOT+ networking area. The brunch will offer you the chance to meet key members from the Danish and German Believe teams, and as an exciting new addition Believe’s daughter corporation, (Co-hosts) Tunecore, the leading independent DIY distributor in the US.
MXD’s Superball
MXD and SPOT are continuously developing the International networking possibilities at SPOT festival, and 2017 will be no different with the first edition of MXD’s Superball: A brand new day party and platform for the local industry and the international delegates to meet each other while in Aarhus.
Europavox
Europavox is, in part, a festival with no less than seven European stations – in addition to the base, Clermont-Ferrand there are Brussels (BE), Bologna (IT), Athens (GR), Zagreb (HR), Vilnius (LT), and Vienna (AT). Europavox is also a site that presents a wide variety of European music, and on top of that Europavox also coaches European bands in preparation for export, etc.
c/o pop
One of Germany’s leading music industry conferences and showcase festivals, the Cologne-based c/o pop Festival & Convention, will for the first time be hosting their very own networking event at SPOT.
The reception offers you a unique opportunity to learn more about c/o pop’s new music export mission for the German music industry and the conventions unique bridge building between brands and music.
